Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker

We are looking for an Artworker to join our talent creative team in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working Junior designer to join a successful and fast-growing recruitment firm.

Reporting into our Graphic Designer, your role will be varied ranging from artworking templated collateral, to generating creative designs across multiple platforms including;

* Working with and supporting the marketing team to visually translate the Elevation brand and identity across all of our assets, communications and content
* Artworking to existing templates for our corporate collateral including advertising, campaigns, brochures and other collateral, including digital
* Creating well executed designs, whilst maintaining brand integrity, for other channels, including web and social media content, printed collateral and advertising campaigns
* Supporting internal clients by providing creative/editorial layout and graphics in various formats including email campaigns, marketing materials, brochures, flyers, sales documents, white papers and other promotional materials
* Working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times, managing multiple projects and priorities

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

* Foundation degree, HND or degree in graphic design or other art and design-based subject.
* One year's industry experience in a similar job role
* Proven experience of Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator and associated prototyping tools. InDesign
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experiences in creating, preparing, proofing and checking print ready artwork
* An ability to work on a number of projects at any time
