A Customer Services Manager position has come available to take responsibility for the day to day running of the Customer Services Department.
The role will be to proactively manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities achieving service targets and to deliver a high-quality professional Customer Focused Service.
The ideal candidate will be business focused with excellent leadership qualities, who is methodical, approachable, influential, motivational, and resilient. You should be proactive, have an eye for detail, and always promote a right first-time attitude throughout the department. A target focused individual with a desire to succeed.

You should be experienced in organising a Customer Services Team with the ability to train and develop employees setting key performance indicators, monitoring, and evaluating performance to provide and achieve excellence in standards of customer care.
Ideally, you should have worked within the furniture industry and understand room planning software with the ability to read plans and identify errors with suitable alternatives to compliment the customer requirements.
You should have the ability to forge good working relationships and lines of communication internally and externally and can problem solve and create working solutions to address problems and on-going issues.

You will need to absorb and fully utilise our broad range of products and services and gain familiarity with our in-house computer system to ensure information to manufacture is in line with customer orders.
Will be working a 37.5 week 9am till 5
Salary neg depending on experience and immediate starts
