Seeking an experienced recruitment resourcer/consultant to take on a share of existing client assignments as well as to develop new business opportunities within our distinct market niche. We work nationally, supporting clients in the multichannel retail sector (and their suppliers) with requirements spanning all disciplines at all levels. This includes, for example, buying & merchandising, eCommerce, direct & digital marketing, creative, business growth & development, account management; partnership developers, data analytics, operations & logistics .... from execs to directors and all levels between,
The service we provide is an extension of a trade association and the person we appoint will be keen to get more deeply involved in our operations, including the cross selling of training courses, going forward. We have an extensive network of ongoing clients and contacts, a well developed prospect database and many other unique points of difference which drive & support our activities.
It is a demanding environment, clients often challenge us with difficult briefs but it is also highly rewarding. This results in a terrific and very possibly unique opportunity for a passionate business development/client manager (with director potential) who possesses unquestionable marketing acuity, tenacity, relationship building, business growth and listening skills.
The remuneration package has no upper limits - we believe in rewarding success with generous results based commissions. There will be a requirement to spend some time in our office, working with other members of the team, but once up & running we are happy to agree to a primarily WFH arrangement.
