An exciting position has become available for a full-time Senior Care Assistant based in Pwllheli. The successful candidate will earn GBP9.50 - GBP9.81 per hour.

Role Requirements
An NVQ Level 3 and relevant experience is essential
A good understanding of care planning processes and a proven ability to write concise care plans.
Well-organised, with excellent supervisory skills and used to planning, allocating and delegating work appropriately.
You have experience of contributing to, monitoring and implementing changes that improve outcomes for residents.
Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
You are already used to caring for others.
Are passionate about what you do
Flexible in their approach, have good communication skills, great at building a rapport with everyone they deal with and inspires professionalism
Able to cope with difficult situations, use tact and diplomacy and take responsibility for resolving them.
Enjoy collaborating with others and sharing information and ideas.
Role Responsibilities
Acting as a role model for good practice and a champion for residents' dignity, safety and self-respect
Regularly assessing, monitoring and reviewing day-to-day processes and coming up with improvement ideas where required.
Ensuring that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are properly maintained and effectively used.
Make a difference to resident's physical, social and mental well-being
Raise standards through critical thinking and innovation.
