Our client is entering into an exciting new phase with the reopening of one of their existing registered homes plus an additional new service awaiting registration late summer 2021.
The opportunities available to dedicated, loyal and committed staff are endless - you can be the master of your own development within the company, we are embarking on a period of growth with a number of new services being added to the portfolio over the next 12 - 24 months.
We are now recruiting for experienced seniors who can hit the ground running, lead a shift, train new or less experienced seniors and registered childcare workers, or, you may be an experienced residential childcare worker looking for career progression, have started or willing to embark on level 3 diploma in Children's Care and Welfare.

Hourly starting rate for a Senior RCP is GBP10.25 rising to GBP10.75 after 6 months
GBP45 per sleep - guaranteed 8 - 10 sleeps per month
22 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays = 30 days per year
