Long established Stoke based Construction Company has a vacancy for Accounts/Admin Administrator
Directly responsible to MD
Payment of Wages, Sub Contractors and Suppliers
Keeping Company accounts to trial balance using Sage software
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Job costing using Sage and Excel spreadsheets
Being conversant with CIS scheme and carrying out verification, payments and voucher submission
General office duties, answering phone etc.
Hours are flexible (15-20) over 3-4 days per week .
