Our client, a market leading PLC specialising in fast growing technology, is recruiting for an experienced Billing Administrator to join their Finance team on a fixed term maternity cover contract until 30/04/22. This is a part time position and the client can accommodate 25-32.5 hours per week and offer complete flexibility around days and times worked.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
* Manage all billing cycles for high volume billing business:
- Sage billing routines (daily/weekly routines)
- Recurring monthly billing processes
- Month-end billing (manual ad hoc billings)
* Managing/ updating customer contractual data to ensure accurate monthly recurring billing runs
* Account reconciliations
* Cancellations of the trackers (weekly/monthly)
* Main point of contact for internal and customer billing queries
* Resolve customer queries by investigating contract management system and fleet management system
* Manage SIM cards from one supplier - cancellations, reactivations.
* Understanding of Billing cycles and finance routines
* Strong excel skills and experience of utilising excel to manage large data sets
* Ability to work with large data sets
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong problem solving/ investigation skills to resolve queries
* Relevant computer software applications knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word
* An effective communicator at all levels, including internally and external
* Independent and self-motivated
Desirable but not essential:
* Sage System experience
* AAT Level 3 or working towards
