IT Support Analyst - French Speaking
Are you fluent in both French and English? Do you have a passion for technical support? Do you care about animals and improving animal health? Then this role could be for you???
A leading software house specialising in providing applications for the animal health industry are looking for another IT Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis and support their native French speaking customers (predominately in Canada).
As an IT Support Analyst you'll be responsible for remotely supporting customers via telephone and email with any technical problems that they have with the companies applications. You'll use your inquisitive mind to technically troubleshoot the issues, work closely with the development team to get code queries rectified all whilst keeping the customer informed and updated.
In addition to speaking both French and English fluently, ideally, you'll have previously worked within a technical support role previously and provided 1st line support to users.
It would be a bonus if you have knowledge of SQL, HTML or CSS along with any other European language - particularly German.
As this role will be supporting the Canadian customers - the ideal candidate will be prepared to work hours that suit that market (Monday - Friday: 12noon -8pm approximately)
This role is currently being worked remotely, however ideally candidates will be able to work from their office in Guildford, once the team returns to the office. The office is a hive of activity, a collaborative and friendly environment where they even have a bring your pet to work policy! You'll be supported to further your skills and technical knowledge and there are uncapped opportunities for career progression.
