Job Title: Vehicle Service Co-ordinator
Hours: 38.75 per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Salary: GBP20,0000 -GBP23,000 per annum
Benefits: Pension: 6% employer, 5% employee, 28 days holiday (including statutory), death in service 3x annual salary.

Vehicle Service Co-ordinator details
Working within the busy service department of this well-established vehicle manufacturer you will support the Vehicle Maintenance Controller in ensuring all maintenance and repair activities are managed proactively
Vehicle Service Co-ordinator main duties
• Take customer calls and handle all enquiries
• Monitoring engineers' documentation and updating internal systems
• Support the Vehicle Maintenance Controller in planning work for the field service engineers
Vehicle Service Co-ordinator skills required
• Experience gained within a similar role within the HGV sector would be desirable
• Strong organiser with the ability to prioritise own work and multitask
• Excellent communication skills - phone and email
• Excellent planning skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
