GBP23,670.25 per annum
Permanent, Full Time, 35 Hours worked on a rota basis, to include weekends and be part of the on-call team

Our client provides a range of specialist housing, support, and registered care services to meet the needs of vulnerable people and the majority of their services are based in and around Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Do you have?

Have or be willing to work towards a Level 3 in care
*
Experience of working with older people and/or individuals with a learning difficulty, disability and/or a mental health impairment
*
Experience of supervising / leading individuals in the delivery of effective care and support services
*
Good understanding of person centred care planning processes and have experience of writing care and support plans
*
Good Knowledge of Care Quality Commission requirements and regulations
