Regional Tendering Co-ordinator
Our Client is looking for a Regional Tendering Co-ordinator, on a permanent staff basis, location in Aberdeen.
ROLE
Responsible for the maintenance of the market (incl. proposals and prospects) (Subsea, IMR, Renewables etc.) information database (Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar) for the Region.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the overall market, market shares, target and probabilistic scenarios.
Responsible for the preparation of order intake, utilisation and revenue forecasts (in conjunction with business acquisition and finance department) and market (client and competitor) reports.
Responsible for developing and maintaining Business Acquisition and Business Development resource libraries (track records, market information, certifications etc.) processes and procedures.
Compilation of ad-hoc business cases as required by area management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks can include, but are not limited to:
Basic Functions:
Responsible for the maintenance of the market (incl. proposals and prospects) (Subsea, IMR, Renewables etc.) information database (Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar) for the Region.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the overall market, market shares, target and probabilistic scenarios.
Responsible for the preparation of order intake, utilisation and revenue forecasts (in conjunction with business acquisition and finance department) and market (client and competitor) reports.
Responsible for developing and maintaining Business Acquisition and Business Development resource libraries (track records, market information, certifications etc.) processes and procedures.
Compilation of ad-hoc business cases as required by area management.
Key Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities of the Regional Tendering Co-ordinator include but are not limited to the following:
Market (CRM) information database (Corporate)
Overall administration of CRM system, controls and reporting within area.
Responsible for project prospect data input/output including bid statistics/information and overall maintenance.
Upload market opportunities narrative into system.
Prepare forecast data and associated presentations.
Market Analysis and Reporting;
Produce charts/reports as required to demonstrate past, current and forecasted Subsea, IMR, Renewables etc. market shares (win it / do it and asset positions).
Oversee preparation and development of specific market-related analysis and reports for country, area and corporate management.
Analyze, forecast and model specific market trends, characteristics and dynamics (e.g. Market share, technology disruptors, alternatives (renewables etc.)
Prospect (Business Development and Tender) Support and Reports;
Produce proposal and prospect schedules and other reports as required.
Detailed listing of Subsea, IMR, Renewables etc. tender activity with a 6-month, 12-month look ahead.
Support to Business Development Managers including completion of Capture Strategies.
Responsible for developing and maintaining Business Acquisition and Business Development resource libraries (track records, market information, certifications etc.) processes and procedures.
Prepare and respond to pre-qualifications.
Order Intake Forecasting;
Generation of Subsea, IMR, Renewables etc. order intake and revenue forecasts for the upcoming year/18month rolling based on probabilistic and scenario information derived from the CRM system and manager input.
Weekly updates and monthly re-forecasts as required.
Vessel Prospect Planning;
Review and report the asset (vessel) activity on upcoming prospects to the Planning Department responsible for consolidating the overall schedules.
Ad hoc Staff Support;
Assisting staff within the group in ad-hoc Subsea, IMR, Renewables etc. business development related activities including assisting them with sourcing information and presentation material.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and with the required quality.
Assist with the preparation of broker quotes from time to time.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business

Has minimum intermediate level experience in Business Planning, Analysis and/or Sales
Subsea and / or Renewables industry
