I am currently recruiting for one of the UK's largest Hire companies. They are looking for an experienced Yard Foreman to lead and manage a team of Yard Operatives in their Rochester Depot.
What we need:
?? Lead, motivate, develop and appraise Yard operatives to achieve a high performing team
?? Be aware of the Statutory Transport Legislation and ensure compliance
?? Make sure equipment is up to company standard and oversee any repairs necessary.
?? Carry out duties as requested by a Manager to meet customer requirements
?? Complete stock takes within the time frame set and manage variances
