Telecoms Coordinator, Basildon (9 Month FTC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, Telecoms Coordinator to join our busy Programme Management Office. We would love to hear from you if you have previous administration or coordination experience within a utilities environment.

You?ll be working in a part of telent that is dedicated to transforming the way support is delivered nationwide to Openreach and other external network providers. Role Profile:

Reporting into the PMO Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team working to ensure that the orders are accurate, complete and then correctly prepared for execution before being submitted to our field engineers who carry out the work.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the management of HOT JOBS through to completion
Establish and promote The Hub and associated best practice within the PMO Function and wider tis business.
Dealing with the safe management of jobs in Zone of interest and other high priority jobs.
Liaising with Supplier Delivery Partners, Highways Authorities and the wider business to ensure delivery.
Follow the order validation process through to completion, querying and cancelling orders that are incorrectly planned as and where necessary in accordance with Process.
Follow the Safe Dig process, obtaining utility prints from various 3rd party sources and websites.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
