GBP25K for graduate level - GBP30K+ for experienceTHE ROLE: The successful Territory Sales Manager will be managing and winning key clinical and commercial relationships within theatre and procurement environments within NHS and private hospitals - typically liaising with surgeons, consultants, sisters, theatre nurses, ODPs and purchasing staff. Full product training will be provided and earning potential is very attractive, as is their culture / ethos!
THE COMPANY: This privately-owned organisation continue to succeed and grow thanks to a healthy new product portfolio and a focus on partnerships with customers. They provide surgical devices and consumables for use within a range of procedures including gynae, colorectal, upper GI, hernia repair, abdominal wall and general laparoscopic.
As Territory Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
Selling to a mix of clinical staff and procurement in hospitals
A healthy mix of new business and account management
Introducing new products to existing customers
Hitting, and hopefully overachieving on, sales targetsFor this sales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Ideally some theatre or medical (hospital) sales experience
Success covering a field-based territory
Flexibility to travel as key accounts spread across territory
Business to business sales backgrounds with a desire to move into medical sales may also apply
A medical or scientific degree will enhance your applicationThe Package:
Basic: GBP25,000 to GBP40,000 - depending on experience
Commission: GBP10,000+ uncapped
Car: Fully expensed BMW 1 Series
