My client is a busy family run business specialising in curtains, blinds, shutters and awnings and are looking for a new fitter to join their team. The successful candidate must also have experience of taking measurements as the role will also involve visiting customers' homes and businesses to take measurements and provide quotations.
Previous experience or a background in woodwork/carpentry would be preferred but is not essential, experience in working with power tools or a fitting or trade role is preferred but training can be given to the right applicant.
You will be required to think on your feet and manage your time efficiently as you will have a full day of calls to complete each day. Their customers are important and as such they expect their employee to build a good rapport with customers and give a high level of customer service 100% of the time.
They are looking for a committed and hard-working individual with a dedication to their career and a willingness to always put the customer first.
You will be expected to work as part of a team or individually fitting curtains, blinds, shutters and awnings.
Salary will be by negotiation depending on your experience.
A company van will be supplied
