Supervisor, Product Approvals
The Opportunity:
Supervisor of Product Approval Coordinators manage/process global consumer products submissions for Mattel brands. This includes providing feedback in the required amount of time, working with the global creative team to ensure creative direction is followed for priority licensees, coordinating final product images where needed, and supporting licensees on how to use the product approval system. The supervisor is also responsible for managing a team of product approval coordinators.
What Your Impact Will Be:
* Daily management of product approvals and development in Brand Comply
* Provide support to licensees in regards to Brand Comply
* Coordinate with global creative leads on priority licensees to ensure creative direction is executed
* Collecting feedback from creative and territory managers on priority licensee product development, and delivering feedback to licensees
* Organizing product images and line lists where needed
* Managing team of product approval coordinators, provide prioritization for their workload, elevating issues that arise to the Global Brand Assurance Manager
