ISWP are urgently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator for our social care business to take on a full-time role, (36 weekly hours) in our central Reading office, easily accessible by train into Reading Main (6 minutes' walk from the station) and nearby several public car parks.
ISWP Assessment Services is a leading innovative company, providing independent assessment services, children and adults services, psychological assessments & therapy, psychiatric assessments, therapeutic life story work, family contact, EDT back up services, welfare checks and parenting work.
Role description
In this role you will be required to take accountability in a busy office environment where you will be monitoring various email inboxes, liaising with professional clients to commission assessment work and allocating this to our pool of social workers over telephone and email, as well as coordinating cover of parenting work, contact supervision and welfare visits within our pool of support workers. You will also be expected to maintain and build on relationships, keeping in touch with social workers and support workers alike.

Candidate requirements
We require Business Support Administrator applicants with background knowledge of children and adult' social care, though training of this sector will be provided to the successful candidate.
We are looking for the following attributes:
* Highly organised with great prioritisation, coordination and multi-tasking skills
* High level attention to detail with strong email presentation and English language skills
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner with confident client and customer abilities
* A quick learner with an inquisitive mind to understand how our unique business works
* An out-of-the box thinker who can contribute new ideas towards the development of the organisation
Please note we will require the successful candidate to undergo a full enhanced DBS check as this post will involve direct and indirect contact with children and vulnerable adults, therefore this Business Support Administrator post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
A salary of GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 is offered, depending on experience. The package offers 22 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays and an auto enrolment pension
