Warehouse Team Leader AM shift
Monday-Friday

We have partnered up with a busy growing organisation based in Northampton who are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader. You will be part of the team that will be supporting the warehouse operatives on the AM shift to ensure a smooth day to day process.
You will be engaging and motivating the teams through:
Participating in morning catch ups and evaluating plans for the day to work towards forecast and goals.
Monitoring and managing daily achievements in line with weekly plans and expectations.
Addressing and recognising individual staff performances.
Monitoring general time management, productivity, and efficiency within the distribution centre.
Engaging and building relationships with peers to motivate and lead the team.
Responsible for the day-to-day planning of container work on the inbound department and picking on the inbound department.
Ensuring that deadlines are met with attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous Team Leader experience. Our client prides themselves on offering a great friendly place to work, so you will need to be engaging, enthusiastic and be confident in addressing challenging conversations with team members. The candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar job role and must have knowledge on Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
