2 x SITE MANAGER - Blackburn - NEW BUILD - cGBP43K
This North West based contractor, have recently won a number of high profile projects in and around Lancashire & North Manchester. They are established for over seventy years and have a turnover of around GBP70M alongside a reputation as a very well respected and family owned Regional Contractor.
They are now looking to strengthen their management team with the addition of a SITE MANAGER & SENIOR SITE MANAGER. To cover North West Projects.
For these roles you will need to have a proven history as number one on site on projects up toGBP5M, We are looking for candidates who can show a history of employer loyalty and an understanding of the Construction Market.
The projects you will be involved with include : Health Care : Educations : Industrial New Build, Commercial New Build and some Affordable Housing Projects, values will range from GBP1M - GBP8M.
Current Projects Include:
New Build Office - Preston
New Build Industrial Units - Burnley
Hospital Rufurbishment - Blackburn
Health Centre New Build - Warrington
School Refurbishment - Oldham
Affordable Housing - Wigan
The client have a policy of only recruiting their Project / Contracts Managers from within the company so if you can prove yourself on these initial projects then Contracts Management is very achievable in the next eighteen months.
Typical Packages include :
Basic Salaries circa GBP38K - GBP45K
