Functions:
Day to day administration of allocated customer accounts, using escalation points of Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Director where appropriate.
Key Tasks:
New accounts: Set up Account/obtain credit checks/advise potential customer of credit terms and support contract review process to effectively introduce the new customer and any special instructions to the business.
Central sales administrative contact for the Customer. This will include loading and administering all customer forecasts and orders (discreet or call off basis) including progress, reschedules, holds and cancellations using agreed internal and external systems.
Complaints management. Interaction with customer to log and coordinate communication until issues are closed.
Run quotations and submit to customer, working where necessary in line with Sales.
Work closely with Account Managers to follow up on all Sales leads, quotations and after sales to deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
Central administrative contact for internal stakeholders via agreed Customer Service & Export procedures. This will include regular interaction with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance and Shipping
