A leading and well established Lettings and Estate Agency are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their busy offices in Tunbridge Wells. Working closely with another Property Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Residential Property.
The successful Property Manager will be responsible for duties such as (but are not limited to):
*Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to co-ordinate repairs
*Conducting property inspections and reporting to associated parties
*Handling issues reported by Tenants relating to property maintenance/break downs (including advising whether issue is Tenant/Landlord responsibility
*Conducting check in/out
*Coordinating Inventory Clerks
*Organising periodic safety check (e.g. gas safety, EPC, electrical etc.)
The successful Property Manager will offer the following skillset:
*Have at least 12 months experience within Lettings
*Display a genuine interest in property
*Be highly organised with ability to prioritise own workload
*Be firm yet professional
*Have strong abilities to build and maintain professional relationships
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Be IT literate
*A keen team player
*Driving license - own vehicle
