This role offers a really exciting challenge, a huge sense of purpose and experience in supporting the delivery of environmental sustainability education for children in Stratford upon Avon.

We are looking for a passionate volunteer to help with a variety of tasks that need to be achieved. Graduate Planet CIC is a Social Enterprise and Community Interest Company (CIC) which means that we use our profits to create exciting opportunities for children to learn about environmental sustainability solutions. Primary school children to visit 7 different locations including a solar farm to learn about energy, a real MRF recycling centre to learn about waste, tree and biodiversity planting, river workshops to learn about water and wildlife conservation, and farm workshops to learn about how our food and farming choices affect the environment. All of these trips help the children to develop the skills and understanding they need to reduce climate change effectively and create la more positive future and long term environmental sustainability.

All of these trips require a lot of research and organisation, so the role is very varied and interesting, you may be researching books on water conservation one day, planning a sustainable city on another day, purchasing essential resources or writing content.
