An exciting career opportunity for an Electronics Applications Engineer, based in Hampshire joining an established, highly respected company specialising in bespoke multi-touch capacitive touchscreen designs and related Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) technologies.
Having successfully launched a market leading chip for capacitive touch they are looking to expand their Project and Applications team.
The Electronics Application Engineer will be joining the UK applications and project Engineering team where you will be responsible for supporting project engineering for their strategic product line which will include aspects of the full touch module design and Implementation.
You will be providing on-site field support for end customers as and when required and supporting the sales organisation with technical support and on-site presentations. You will be office and field based for all aspects of company's product lines.
The Successful Electronics Applications Engineer will be Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering and or Physics or equivalent. Proven experience of Electronic circuit design and debug.
Good understanding ,experience with Semiconductors ,Microprocessors, Analogue and digital electronics and interfacing.
Ideally have gained some experience within a customer facing technical position, application Engineer, Field Application Engineer (FAE) .
First class communication skills, both written and verbal and able to travel throughout the UK and Europe when required
