Working in a team of 3 you will enjoy a great variety in your job producing planning layouts and housetype designs on a lovely mix of properties. You will oversee the design work of external consultants and carry put feasibility studies.
Your cv will show your work experience either with a house builder or a consultancy working on residential schemes and you must have strong AutoCAD skills. It is important you have a good understanding of the planning legislations along with having a full driving licence.
