CareerMakers are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver to work with our Client based in HX5 area. This is an ongoing, term to perm role. Immediate start is available.
Requirements:
Production & Packing Areas
* May be a requirement for competent, safe operation of Fork Lift Truck and associated equipment.
* To ensure adequate supplies of raw materials for the boiling, warehouse and forming rooms.
* To ensure packing lines are supplied with stock and packing materials according to schedule.
* To ensure that packing area is kept supplied with boxes, empty jars etc., in time for packing requirements.
* To clear all stock from packing lines, and supply with empty pallets as necessary
* To order pick finished goods for despatch.
* To load haulage vehicles.
* To remove waste from production areas.
* To move raw materials, finished goods etc between sites.
* Receiving and checking site deliveries and reporting errors.
* Competently carry out cleaning schedules.
* To assist at other sites as and when required.
Storage Areas
* To manage the storage of incoming stock
* To ensure stock rotation of finished goods
Competencies:
* Numeracy and literacy.
* FLT Counterbalance licence.
* Driving licence.
* Job and machine specific knowledge after training
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday 6.30am-3pm and Friday 6.30am-2.30pm
