Due to the recent expansion of our Exeter Service Centre, we are looking to recruit the following roles to work in the South-West region:

  • Cash Collectors
  • Field Service Engineers
  • Installer/Workshop Engineers

Cash Collector

A Collector is primarily responsible for attending customer premises to collect, reconcile and the bank daily takings of the customers gaming machines. Along with undertaking customer collections, your normal working day duties will include: 

  • Completing paperwork relating to collections and ensuring that an accurate record of the takings is made and reconciled 
  • Providing a professional service to all customers and assisting the company in identifying sales opportunities.  
  • Undertaking the daily banking for all cash takings collected during the shift 
  • Working as part of a wider team to ensure that efficient logistical support can be achieved.   

Field Service Engineer

A Service Engineer is primarily responsible for the service maintenance and repair of company equipment at customer premises along with performing necessary administrative and cash handling duties.  

Your normal duties will include: 

  • Attending customer premises to compete troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on company gaming equipment 
  • Completing administrative duties  
  • Liaising with customers and delivering excellent customer service levels 

Installer/Workshop Engineer

An Installer/Workshop Engineer is primarily responsible for preparation of company gaming equipment along with the delivery and installation of the equipment to customer’s premises.  

Your normal duties will include: 

  • Delivering and installing/removing equipment at customer premises as per the customer specifications  
  • Where appropriate undertaking basic equipment repairs and maintenance on products at customer premises and in depot locations 
  • Undertaking administrative duties and cash handling 

Previous experience of driving a 3,500kg van would be beneficial

For all roles,

  • GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Maths are essential.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be reliable and professional at all times
  • Previous experience of the role and/or the gaming and leisure industry would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
