TITLE: Contracts Manager
CLIENT: Due to high demand, my client are now looking to add a highly skilled Contracts Manager to their growing team.
Package: Up to GBP45,000, Company Vehicle, Mobile, Laptop and Pension.
Location: Bristol

ROLE- Contracts Manager
This role will see you overseeing various Earthworks projects of differing lengths with responsibility for project costings in line with budget and project timelines
You must have good commercial experience and be well versed in management of teams at site level.
You will co-ordinate a small team of contractors and sub-contractors.
You will be responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety procedures and environmental legislation is complied to.
Undertaking method statements, tool box talks, PPE and RAMS.
Regular travel to project sites will be involved.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Contracts Manager
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required.
Previous exposure to the industrial services / drainage / civils industries required.
Foundation Degree, Higher National Diploma or Degree in civil or structural engineering, construction management, building studies or quantity surveying. A focus on Earthworks or Geotechnical Study.
IOSH / NEBOSH qualification would be preferable.
