A local energy business is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to head up a team of sales consultants and join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.
Role and Responsibilities
* Managing and motivating a team of Sales Consultants and Lead Generators
* Targeting new business and closing deals
* Ensuring team and individual KPI's are exceeded
* Managing individual and sales team's pipeline
Knowledge and Experience
* Previous sales management experience ideally within the energy sector
* Knowledge of the energy sector
* The ability to work to targets
* Able to Account Manage and bring in new business
* Strong Leadership skills
* Excellent motivator
