You'll join the Kitchen team who are at the heart of our service and will deliver great food and modified diets to our service users and staff.

To join our team we are looking for:

  • Participate in food purchasing and costing through effective cost control procedures
  • Maintain good food storage procedures and stock rotation
  • Serve service users, staff and visitors with food and beverage
  • Preparing and producing foods for conferences and banquets
  • Ensure that all areas/equipment within the kitchen and onsite vending machines

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • GCSE or equivalent English
  • City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • Supervising qualification or working towards
  • Knowledge of menu planning and costing
  • Experience conference and banqueting
