A recruitment role without the sales!
This is a good position for an experienced 360?? Consultant looking to move away from sales and focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process.
Working closely with the Account Managers you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for Temp / Contract Engineering & Technical vacancies, working with clients in both the UK and Europe.
Basic to GBP24k + annual bonus & further benefits - incl. 25 days holiday, gym membership, private healthcare & more.
You will be involved with -
* Managing existing workforce relationships
* Candidate resourcing using internal and external databases
* Collating CV's and skill matching candidates to vacancies
* Responsible for creating, maintaining and verifying candidate files
* Managing compliance requirements
* Validating applicants qualifications / experience
* Liaising with clients regarding candidate on-boarding k
