Job Title: Junior Sous Chef (Restaurant)
Location: Ayr, Scotland
Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP24,500 per annum

Due to expansion and growth, this fantastic site is now looking to add an experienced Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen brigade to new heights. You will be a key player in the implementation, development, and execution of their food offering. Whilst ensuring the highest standards or professionalism and Food Safety/Health and Safety in the workplace.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attention to detail to deliver consistency across all dishes
Committed to driving high standards
Highly organised and thrives being part of a team
Experience of menu costing and compilation is advantageous
Experience in rota management to maximise kitchen efficiency is advantageous
Positive outlook with a good degree of energy, and with a flexible attitude
Previous experience in a quality, high volume business
Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
Full driving licence would be advantageous
