Finance Co-Ordinator

The Learning Partnership for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly (LPCo) are on a mission to improve the lives of young people in our communities by offering a range of accessible services including training and development opportunities.

Our organisation is financially sound but complex, so we are seeking an experienced finance professional to compliment our existing team and help to share the load.

This role will be crucial in ensuring that our finances are managed with precision and care, so that we remain in the best possible financial health and is partially funded by the ESF.

The successful candidate will be at least AAT3 qualified, have experience in a senior accountancy role, and have up to date knowledge and experience of dealing with Sage accounting software, payroll, pensions, HMRC, and preparation of monthly management accounts.

Working knowledge of ESFA and other funding structures will be a huge advantage.

The successful candidate will also be personable, positive and creative
with a strong team ethic.
