Night Shift Production Operator
Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a prominent Manufacturer in the Braintree area. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative, who has previously worked on Nights.
Applicants will need an in date Counterbalance Forklift ticket (ITSSAR or RTITB refreshed or gained in the last 3 years).
Brief Description: General operator on night shift of packing and mixing machinery
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operation of a variety of automated packing machinery.
Fork Lift Truck Driving - transporting raw materials in production area and finished product
Working to daily Production Schedule, monitoring and reporting on production processes to Shift Supervisors/Manager.
Adhere to housekeeping procedures - including cleaning down of mixing equipment and general production areas.
Working to all Health & Safety regulations on site.
The ideal applicant:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a production environment
Previous experience of working on a Night Shift
In date Counterbalance Forklift Ticket
Own transport due to location
Night Shift Hours are 47 hours per week - Monday to Thursday (5pm to 5am).
GBP12ph - rising after successful completion of 12 week probationary period
Own transport is required due to location
