We are seeking to appoint a Retrofit Assessor to join our growing domestic retrofit team and provide RdSAP data and administrative support to Retrofit Coordinators, and help householders who are interested in identifying the right measures to reduce their energy use.
The postholder will undertake assessments of homes in accordance with PAS 2035 – the specification for domestic energy retrofit – through the collection of data relating to the functionality, energy efficiency and environmental impact of the building.
They will also provide specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone or email, or face to face.
The successful candidate will already hold a Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation but training on PAS 2035: Retrofit Assessor will be provided on appointment.
