About the team:

The Real Estate Asset Management department supports the Bank by handling residential, buy to let and commercial accounts in litigation across the Group, dealing with external asset managers, LPA Receivers and solicitors directly whilst looking to achieve the best outcome for both the borrower and the Bank.

We are now looking for a technical administrator to join the team, based in our Chatham office.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide a high level of administrative support to the Real Estate Asset Management team.

Your responsibilities will include???

  • Responding to all enquiries, whether received by telephone, in writing or in person
  • Providing administrative support for all properties in possession by liaising with the appropriate personnel
  • Preparing Formal Demands and LPA appointments
  • Collating MI on a monthly basis and producing the relevant MI dashboards for the Real Estate Asset Managers
  • Maintaining the Asset Management central mailbox

In return for your commitment:

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between GBP27,000 - GBP31,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Could you be the one?

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience/knowledge and qualifications set out below:

  • Previous work experience in an administrative role within an office environment
  • Previous experience of collections and litigation
  • Intermediate skills in respect of Microsoft packages (Word / Excel)
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
