This Leading Facilities /Maintenance company based in North Devon require an experienced Accountant to assist the Financial Controller, you will lead a small team within the busy Accounts department and support the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities will include:

Reconcile supplier statement
Process monthly credit card returns
Upload and review monthly payroll submissions
Send reminders and and contact clients to ensure payments are online
Online bank processing
Manage internal databases and spreadsheets
Assist the Financial Controller with month end and sundry analyses
Report updates on figures
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors

Applicants should possess:

Previous Financial experience ideally working within Construction, Facilities Management, MOD background
Good time Management and can build good relationships with external and internal clients
Ability to produce reports and use accounting systems
Organised, hands on experience
Can wort to tight deadlines and build effective working relationships
Advance Excel skills
Ideally CIMA part or fully qualified
