Graduate Recruitment Advisor / Partner - FTC until January 2022
I am delighted to have registered a Graduate recruitment advisor role to sit within the Newcastle hub of a global organisation who is growing their North East office. You will work alongside a team of recruiters engaging on early career employment, building future talent pipelines for the organisation.
Within this position you will be involved and have responsibility for the following;
* Pre-selection and screening suitable applicants
* Building talent pipelines, attracting future employees through various recruitment strategies
* Recruitment early career fairs
* Running assessment centres
* Developing content for social media campaigns
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a graduate recruitment / early career recruitment position.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an annual salary of between GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 depending on previous experience.
