Customer Service/ Insurance
Location Maidstone (Kent)
C. GBP28,000K pa
This is a brand new and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/ Team Leader to join this award winning specialist subsidence team..
Responsibilities:-
As Team Leader you will have full responsibility of day-to-day management of a brand new team, this fantastic opportunity has arisen due to company growth and expansion.
Central point for day-to-day enquiries - identifying and fulfilling staff training requirements, team morale, performance and appraisals and absence management
You will also manage a small own portfolio of HNW and Commercial subsidence claims
You also deputise for the customer service manager when required
Essential requirements:
Previous Team Leader Experience within customer service (ideally Insurance/ Claims)
Ability to deal with customers in an empathetic but firm manner
Proven ability to motivate, engage and inspire team members
Organise diligent claims to a high standard
Conscientious and hardworking, leading by example
Adaptable to changing environments
Qualifications:-
CILA Cert or Equivalent qualification or a willingness to study and attain this qualification (the company will support this study)
