Our Client based in Corby are looking for a talented, dedicated, and personable administrator. Reporting to the commercial manager you will play a key role is assisting them with the research and development of new product ranges. You will support them with a variety of important tasks key to the function of the Product Development team.

You will be required to have a minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience and will enjoy getting stuck into a busy role. You must have an upbeat positive approach and be willing to be flexible, as no two days are the same. With a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills you must be ready to work within a fast paced-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role

* Assisting the Research & Development team with admin tasks

* Assisting and administrating various Product Team projects

* Managing and compiling reports

* Managing the critical path and the product development process

* Development and maintenance of the product data base

* Managing the administration of Project management software.

* Assisting Product Manager where needed

* Coordinating / Prioritising general ad hoc administrative tasks

* Assisting with the day to day running of the research and development processes

Desired Key Skills & personal attributes

* 5 plus years administrative experience

* Impeccable organisation and communicational skills

* Proficient in Excel

* A flexible approach

* Strong relationship skills
