ERP Applications Support Analyst - Integrated ERP Solutions, BI/ Reporting Systems, Forecasting Systems, 3rd Party Management, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics - Warrington - GBP35-45k + bens
My client has an urgent requirement for an ERP Support Analyst with an in-depth knowledge of integrated ERP solutions and BI/ Reporting/ Forecasting systems. Experience in a manufacturing, production, supply chain or distribution/ logistics business will also be needed.
ERP Applications Support Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
- Help to implement an ERP strategy which will identify the technologies which will drive efficiencies in the business
- Support, maintain and enhance the company's ERP solution in line with business need and continuity of service
- Provide technical triaging and 2nd line application support across a full business systems suite (ERP, Reporting, Planning, Forecasting)
- Monitor ERP project developments and progress to resolve any issues
- Build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers/ partners
ERP Applications Support Analyst Skills and Experience:
- Substantial experience of maintaining and supporting ERP business systems
- Hands-on practical expertise working with BI, Forecasting and Reporting solutions
- Experience of working within a manufacturing, production, supply chain or distribution/ logistics business
- Hands-on expertise in the pro-active management of application upgrades, patches and fixes
- Excellent communication skills and experience of working with 3rd party suppliers/ partners
In addition to ERP solutions, you will help to support my client's business systems from a business process perspective so a thorough understanding of the business processes at play in a manufacturing, production, supply chain or distribution/ logistics environment would be very useful.
