Associate Lecturer in Early Years

Salary: £25.80 - £29.25 per hour

Location: Taunton Campus, TA1 5AX

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer who is passionate, innovative and enthusiastic to deliver highly effective teaching learning and assessment and to support learners to maximise their potential to make positive progress towards their timely success.

The Health, Care & Early Years curriculum provides high quality teaching and learning across a range of full time courses in Early Years & Health & Social Care. The Curriculum is delivered in dedicated classrooms at the College and through supportive placements which give learners opportunities to develop strong employability skills. All staff champion and
model professional and caring values required for a successful career in these Sectors.

The ideal applicant will have experience of teaching CACHE level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications and have experience working with 16-19 students in a college setting. We envisage this role will also include teaching, learning and assessment with our prodigious T level in Early
Years and Education. This role will be based at Taunton although some teaching at our Bridgwater Campus may be required.
