Accountant general practice

We are a two Director general accountancy practice based in Windsor Berkshire. We have a vacancy for a full time or part time accountant to support the Directors working alongside our small friendly team of accountants based in the Windsor office.

Preferably you will have 4 to 5 years experience of working in a general practice , our client base includes a mix of sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies. The main focus of the role would be to maintain a portfolio of small limited company accounts prepared under FRS105 and FRS102A, although periodically the preparation of accounts for unincorporated business and or management accounts may be necessary. We finalise statutory accounts using Iris software a working knowledge of this product would be an advantage.

We are seeking a full time employee but a part time role would be possible for a candidate with the appropriate experience. The full time role is for 7.5 hrs per day 5 days per week, Monday to Friday start time between 8 and 9 am to be agreed. We have parking at the office and are short walk into the town centre.

The role is office based but there may on occasion be a need for client travel or attendance to training courses , all subject to the appropriate Covid restrictions.
