Independent Living Support Officer

Salary: £21,678 per annum plus car allowance £1,350 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months
Based: Barnstaple and surrounding areas

Expressions of interest for part-time working / job share will be considered.
As a member of our Independent Living team, you will be responsible for
providing assistance and support to a range of customers (predominantly
older people) on a regular basis to help maintain independent living.

With previous experience of working with older or vulnerable people or in a
customer focused environment, you will need a general understanding of the issues facing older people including bereavement and loss.

Good customer service skills, patience, and the ability to deal with challenging situations is required.

You will hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
