Customer Service Adviser x 3 

Salary: £18,916 - £19,938 depending on experience, rising to £21,677 when milestones/probation has been successfully achieved 

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Fixed Term until 30 September 2021

Based: Barnstaple

Immediate start required 

As a member of the Customer Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries (whether by phone, in person, or in writing) are dealt with in a positive, professional, and helpful manner. 

You will be responsible for resolving issues or effectively signposting customers to specialist teams and partner agencies. 

To be successful you must be able to respond to changing priorities and meet challenging deadlines. You will be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your own workload and progress new initiatives.
