We are a cafe on the edge of the New Forest serving breakfasts, morning coffee lunches & afternoon teas.
Looking for a cook with experience of catering, good organisational skills & to be able to guide the team in my absence. The candidate will need to be able to work under pressure during busy periods, give their input to the menu & specials board, & work as a team to produce a good working atmosphere.
The candidate will need to be flexible as shifts will include a mixture of weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
A knowledge of health & hygiene standards, food allergens & Covid regulations would be desired.
