We are currently looking for a Partnership Manager to join an exciting new venture in the world of Responsible Advertising!
As part of a larger Technology group, we are able to focus on building our new and innovative platform which sees us partner with charities to offer advertisers the opportunity to increase the performance of their marketing campaigns by allowing users to unlock donations as a reward for their attention and engagement with advertising campaigns.
To support the initiative, we are looking for a bright, proactive, and passionate individual to join the Team and help take us to the next level and support the launch of our responsible advertising offering by developing partnerships with charities
The position is responsible for key aspects of the partnership onboarding cycle including prospecting for new collaborations and partnerships. Pipeline management and demand generation activities are essential to success. The ideal candidate will have proven partnership management experience. The position requires an ability to understand and articulate the value of our solutions to partners up to the C-level. The Partnership manager must have excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed prospecting, lead qualification, and onboarding of new partners.
* Meet and exceed targets
• Execute outbound call campaigns to prospective charities, educating them on our product and service offerings.
• Generate high-quality meetings for specific partners utilising targeted messaging and proven sales techniques.
• Follow-up, nurture and qualify inbound web, call or email inquiries.
• Manage ongoing pipeline and track customer-related phone conversations and emails in Base (CRM) including documenting partnership opportunities according to defined onboarding processes.
• Meet or exceed targeted call volumes and monthly partnership quota.
• Build a working knowledge and become an expert on our products, services, and competitors.
• Practice and continue to improve solution-selling techniques.
• BA or 4-year degree equivalent
• 1-2 years in sales, inside sales or partnership manager role.
• Experience in building/generating sales pipeline and demand generation programs
• Experience using Base (CRM) a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: phone, presentation, written and listening.
• High-energy, motivated self-starter.
We provide a supportive working environment to encourage personal and career development. This role would be remotely based but with some travel into London and the Midlands as business requires.
