Job Description
We are looking for a Lettings negotiator in Lancaster.
We are ideally looking for people with sales or industry knowledge, however we will consider those looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.
Responsibilities
The main role of a letting's negotiator is to book property market appraisals. Register tenants matching them to available properties. liaise between Landlord & Tenant. Carry out accompanied viewings and Recommend other products including mortgage services & conveyancing.
Selection Process
- We are looking for people with exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of team-focus behaviour
- The Ability To Build Rapport
- Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
- Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile
