Motor Vehicle Technician - Walton
Our client is seeking an accomplished technician to join their premium brand franchise workshop.
GBP28k basic: GBP800 P/A attendance bonus. GBP36.4k OTE uncapped Sliding scale on efficiency bonus: GBP700 per month is achievable for 100% efficiency, this goes up or down according to how you perform.
You will have at least three years' experience from qualifying with NVQ Level 3.
Our client is renowned as an excellent employer with a very low staff turnover.
If you are used to achieving 100% and over in efficiency, you will be very well rewarded with an excellent commission structure.
