Our client is looking for a Parts Assistant, to add to their growing team, to work on a 7.30am-5pm Monday-Friday shift in their busy parts department based just outside of Aylesbury,

The successful candidate will be joining an established engineering company, who specialise in machinery, so this would suit a candidate with parts or spares experience in the automotive, truck or agricultural industry.

Due to the location of this company, a driving licence and your own mode of transport is necessary.

This is a chance to join a growing company, with a small and friendly team who have real team 'comradery' and a hands-on approach to work. They have also traded all throughout the pandemic - So job security in a permanent position is on offer.
The role is to include:

Taking customer orders and sourcing parts from relevant manufacturers in the most cost effective and time efficient way
Receiving incoming parts deliveries
Picking parts, packing and dispatching
Raising parts orders and parts invoices
Increasing turnover and profitability in the department
Completing Stock Checks
Monitoring and measuring stock to agreed levels
Selling of non/slow moving parts through e Bay and or social media campaigns In return, our client will offer you substantive induction and training program including ongoing training from multiple manufacturers, a generous salary of GBP25,000 per annum, plus benefits which include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
