Technical Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer required for my client based in Oxford, salary GBP30-32K + Benefits

This role allows up to 1 day per week working from home.

My client are seeking a versatile Technical Support Engineer to provide first class internal end user support.

You will work in a small department and will have overall responsibility for Desktop / end user support, assisting the IT Manager with infrastructure duties and taking part in projects where applicable.

Due to my client's location in central Oxford there is no parking available, however they are easily accessible via both train and bus.

Essential skills:

* Windows 7-10

* Office

* Active Directory

* Understanding of Group Policy

* Fundamental networking - TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP

* Basic Server maintenance

Desirable skills:

* Strong Server skills

* Linux experience

* Advanced Networking

* VMware

* PowerShell / Python / Perl

* Ansible
